Could be the end of the road for Spain
Obviously a huge game for both teams. Chile locks up the next round with a win, Spain is out with a loss. Even with a draw Chile becomes an overwhelming favorite to advance. Not that this will come as a suprrise to anyone, but this is win or go home for Spain.
I'm sure much has been written about how much Spain needs the 3 points here. They certainly do, luckily for them they are favored? (Although I guess they were favored against the dutch too). The 2-1 win for Spain is the most likely outcome, but 1-1 and 2-2 are right in there. 1-5 (repeat of the Netherlands disaster) is looking pretty white!.
